Delete your Reeve account

Reeve is operated by Reeve Facilities Management Ltd. This page explains how to request deletion of your Reeve (Operative) account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email help@reeve.fm from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your full name and the organisation you work with so we can locate your account.

We will confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your user profile, contact details, authentication credentials, device tokens, in-app messages you authored, and any personally-identifiable metadata associated with your account.

What is retained

Records tied to completed jobs, work orders, audit logs, and financial transactions are retained where required for legal, regulatory, tax, or contractual reasons (typically up to 7 years). Where retained, your personal identifiers are removed or pseudonymised wherever possible.
