Reeve Operative is the app service partner engineers use to receive, carry out, and complete facility management jobs. If you need help, we're here.
Email help@reeve.fm and we'll get back to you. Please include your name, the organisation you work with, and a description of the issue so we can help quickly. We aim to respond within one working day.
The app is passwordless. Enter your work email and we'll send a six-digit code; enter the code to sign in. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, confirm you used the email your organisation registered, and try again. Still stuck? Email help@reeve.fm.
Location: to verify you're on site when you check in and out of a job. Camera & photos: to capture proof of work, signatures, and site evidence when a job or form asks for it. Notifications: to alert you to new jobs, schedule changes, and messages. You can manage each of these in your device settings.
